I turn my head up to the sky

  • Here we are. The last day of summer. It seemed so short to me, this particular one. Maybe because I had more fun than ever with my friends, I went out almost everyday, I have travelled in special places.
I'm so clumsy that I don't even get to post my outfits in time around here! My little Vaio is stuffed with all kinds of photographs but I have chosen today to show you my last COLOR BLOCK, at least for this summer.

It was my first day in Budapest (Oh God, I'm such a horrible blogger, I forgot about keeping you updated when I was in Budapest!) and I decided back then to play with my H&M ruffled top. It has this special color and the fabric is just perfect, but I haven't worn it more than 5 times because I have received it last summer, when my wardrobe was quite poor. I remebered right 2 days before my trip that I had such thing as a mauve top. Now, I know the flats don't quite fit but they were the only ones unpacked in the afternoon we arrived. The denim harem pants were my favorite jeans for the summer, I think I might have posted back in July a look with them.

Now I beleive you have all noticed THE bag. Remember the post with my oversized clutch from Wholesale? I have stated back then I got 2 bags. This is the other one and I don't know which one is my favorite, honestly! It's spacious and it has this bright bright color, I could spot couple grils on the street starring at it (I hope it was in a good way haha!). You can order it here.

But enough with the rambling, enjoy a douzen of pictures from Budapest and the last day of (this) summer!

    Top: H&M
    Jeans: Zara
    Flats: H&M
Sorry for the scenery: I know it's full of people but, you see, as much as my family supports me with this it's one thing they don't have: patience. Therefore , my cousin Ioana (it's her birthday today, by the way) took a reasonable number of incredible photos but we had to be in continue movement because no one would have waited a second at least!

  • Carine Roitfeld, photographed by Karl Lagerfeld

One of the brilliant minds of fashion industry. She changed Vogue Paris completely, she has moved on and styled a campaign for Chanel , she has so many others plans and projects.
I love her work, you love her, yet what made me pick her for this week? I have read recently this incredible article , from Interview Magazine , where she has been interviewed by her dear friend, Karl Lagerfeld.

It is trully inspiring and it's such an amazing dialogue going between the them, you have to read it if you haven't got the chance yet! It's like an essential in the history of fashion. They talk about Helmut Newton, Mario Testino, fashion through ages, family, internet...

Clothing is always a tool that helps me take a picture. But it's never about the clothing.

  • These pictures are from my third day in Prague, when I had a blast on the most amazing tour and I have found out a lot of fun facts. I miss Prague already so much, but I still got my purchases!
For example , the flats that I'm wearing below! Believe me or not, ever since I got these from a H&M, I wear them on a regular basis!!!

Leopard print is so IN for the season, all the shops are full with it and I'm quite into it myself.

They're leopard printed, and although I'm sure you have seem the skirt and the crop top around here before, they are so comfy and amazing to wear and they seemed like a good match to my flats!
Nevertheless, everything I am wearing is Zara, except the flats :)

  • 2nd day of my trip

It was far more amazing than the first one since we got to visit the Prague Castle- meaning the complex with cathedrals , gradens , the Charles bridge, Loretto(St.'s Mary church) but also so tiring since we had to actually walk in order to visit them.
I can barely feel my feet, but I  got rewarded at evening with a shopping session. As for the weather, it was purely perfect until it rained for like 2 hours.
As for my outfit, nothing special , I just had in mind "comfy" so this post is more about the sights!

    Shirt: Zara
    Jeans: Motivi
    Top:Zara
    Flats: Bata

  • I never break my promises, so I have to take my some extra time in this trip in order to update my blog.  I have arrived in Prague, and, as you all have said repeatedly in comments, it is BREATHTAKING!

Imagine just that me the shopaholic, I don't care anymore about the shop, but the streets&monuments I want to visit! And of course, the first outfit that I have worn here, had to match my new bag! That's right, the oversized clutch I was writing a while ago. Well, Wholesale team sent one to me for my birthday!

I have never received a bag as a gift until now, especially from a brand, and the wanted bag! It's amazing, I could swear it was leather when I have first seen it and the color is just what I have dreamed of! I can match it with denim, nudes, purple, all tones in!

    Now, a picture overload, wearing:
    Denim Shirt:  Zara
    Maxi Skirt: Zara
    Top: Zara
    Owl clock: Gift from Simona

  •  Surprise gift brought at 00:00 with the cutest bag ever from Sara (it's a Fossil bracelet which I simply can't take off my hand- not literally) and the most amazing OWL clock from Simona! Thank youu!

NO, I'm not in the blues of blogging ,  as you may have thought, haha! I haven't been able to post more often, thing which I feel very guilty of, but I was so overhelmed this week!

Today I have turned 16, and ohhh, it feels great, maybe because some of my best friends surprised me, my family surprised me, I have received a gift from an online brand store and, on top of everything I'm leaving the country tomorrow at 5 AM! You can imagine how much packing a fashionable girl needs! Especially for Prague! I promise I will make it up to you, dear readers, I will even try a full coverage of my trip! Deal?
I WANT TO BE FOREVER YOUNG!
