  • Okay, who is following me on Twitter surely knows about my love for Gala Darling 's blog. It's not that I've just discovered  her blog , I knew it for ages (literally), it's just that I'm now mature enough and commited to blogging so I can see the truth and wisdom in her words. I first discovered Gala's blog when I was almost 14, but I didn't know much English back then and she just seemed to me like a modern,  much younger and even more sparkling Madame Sparklington from the book I used to love as a child, A Glittering Guide for Young Ladies.
I always loved her column, though, no matter how old I was: "Things I love on Thursday". I sometimes make myslef lists, of things that I love, hate or want to improove. I make lists, generally.
    What do I love today?
Gala's genius &motivational posts and her one of a kind joie de vivre
The fact that it was Mulberry's 40th anniversary this week (and just for the record, if one day you'll see a Mary M. bag you'll know who was the muse haha )
    Mulberry Spring 2012
     My mind,  for it's creativity.
The song "Blame it on girls"
Using my pink lip liner as an colorblocking eyeliner
My dreams. It's nice to have some self time and think that someday you'll own a bag like this:
Cooking (even I barely know how to cook couple of meals)
Checking my e-mails and seing a good news
My Zara blazer with striped sleeves
Laughing whenever I  read "Cinderalla didn't Facebook stalked her Prince Charming!"
Tumblr because I can find amazing pictures and motivational quotes like these ones:
Pretty little liars. Okay, I've said it. I am Agatha's Christie biggest fan, this show just challenges my mind and I love it.
     My neon orange nail polish.
     The words "twinkle" and "escarpins"
My mint and lemon belgian chocolate
These Chloe pair of bow shoes. Loved them from the first day they hit the catwalk, still dreaming of them:
The fact that I'm eating water mellon while I'm writing this
     Lace

So, the first question that I have in mind: What do you love today?

  • We all have these clothes with magical power! How so or why? Well, they go for every season, for every style and you can easily match them with everything in your closet! I took some photographs with this particulr outfit because ALL of the pieces of clothing are already on the blog, but in different outfits, different styles and most important, I've worn those outfits in winter and spring.

I love my Zara maxi skirt forever, and they're such trends this summer, I also bought couple of maxi dresses and maxi skirts lately, as you might know. To be honest, this is such a comfy thing to wear, I put this toghether because I wanted to wear the necklace my mom gave it to me, and I thought it would stand out over some pink-creme tones.
    Skirt: Zara
    Top: Marks&Spencer
    Flats: Zara
    Necklace: Orsay

Summer trend report: wide leg pants+fancy green
Summer trend report: wide leg pants+fancy green by The Queen With No Crown- M. featuring a gray shirt

Okay, I thought of something different for this Friday's column! I was inspired by Polyvore's new contest,  Summer Trends and my mind went a little wild, as there are LOTS of hot items and trends for this summer. Colorblocking, we all know it. But I'm into a particular color at the moment, this special shade of Green. I know it's name in my native language, but it was really tricky to get to know what it's called like in English. Thank God there is such a marvolous thing as Wikipedia, because I was able to find out that it's a shade called: Paris Green. What could be more fashionable than this?

I chose to creat a set featuring my favorite Zara pants at the moment, also a super trend for the season: WIDE leg pants. By the way, I really loved Style.com's article about "We wear the pants". You may also remember one of my first posts, with me wearing some lovely wide leg jeans.

Oh, also, remember my post about lace? I've also created a pretty cool look with some lovely lace pants, check it out:

    Is England cool or WHAt?

  • Okay, I cannot properly describe how terribly sorry I am for not posting in such a long time, I know I don't have any excuse, especially that I'm in the summer holiday now, but it just felt so good, hanging out with my friends all day log that I kinda lost contact with anything from "fashion world" and ""virtual world", really!

Yet, I decided that my return post would reveal something about my personality and life in general, just to show you how much I love blogging. When I was 8, my parents decided that I have to learn English in order to achieve things easier in the present (you all may have noticed that English isn't my native language!!! ). Well, you know how anyone can learn it with a good tutor, but I was a lucky person, and by that I mean that I learned it so natural and easy, and I instantly felt in love with all the history , the food and the British culture. I really hope that someday I will get to visit London, because I have this whole tour prepared with sketches, maps and even a hotel in mind prepared since last year and still developing! haha

It was a few weeks ago, when I saw an impressive movie, an Oscar nominee one, The King's Speech that I decided that I should share this online , because I' ve always had a thing for the British accent, five o'clock tea, the royal family...LONG story SHORT, I took couple of photos with the only thing in our house from London, a Gap T-shirt.

'cause I'm wearing my brand new shoes!!!

  • I have to admit, I have been always neglecting my "shoe lover " side. And it felt awkward, because most of the girls put their shoes first, while I'd rather buy 3 T-shirts with the same money.  But it became clear to me that this should change, because shoes DO matter and they are an important part in your outfit!

This weekend I've been looking for some right shoes, heels wedges, flats and I finally managed to get some cute ones, which are totally a fit for my wardrobe!!! They're from Stradivarius and with this beige flower-y pattern.

How many pair of shoes should a girl have, in your oppinion?

    Friends will be friends

  • As  you all may have noticed, I usually like to talk a lot about life issues or challenges you sometimes confront as a blogger, because I feel many people are in the same situation.

So, what do people around you think when you decide to start a fashion blog? I must admit I was quite reserved at first, but  my friends and family turned out to be very supportive, so this is one of the many reasons I enjoy doing this.

Let's take as an example today. Today was a beautiful day and I decided to wear my new dress (the one I spend a FORTUNE on) from Orsay for a walk. The thing is I'm really obsessed with long skirts and maxi dresses at the moment, I bought in only one week 3 skirts and 2 dresses (including a lovely one from Asos) . What I really love about this one is that it has such a boheme allure, a little romantic and feminine at the same time.

Of course I had to post the outfit so my friends really helped me a lot -except the part with the ahem....special effects-. Therefore, don't be worried if you see some blured arm or a whole background. It was them :)

Take a look at what I was wearing:
    Dress: Orsay
    Bracelets: Accesorize
    Bag: Accesorize
    Jacket: Stradivarius
    Sandals: Broadway NYC

    My visual diary

  • Day 7 - My dear friend, Ana's necklace

When you own a fashion blog, you have to constantly think how to write about special things and you have to be careful how to re-invent yourself, through your outfits and looks. The pictures have to be high-quality and you mustn't write dull things, unless you want to make your blog seem stupid.

These are the things that I always have in mind, because all I really want is some amazing readers, who would give me feedback about my choices, plus I'm really a perfectionist by nature.

But this post...no main theme...just me, myself & I and my constant source of inspiration, since I photograph anything fashionable whenever I have the opportunity. It may sound simple, but I really love it.

And by the way, anything you have to ask me, don't forget to FORMSPRING me or contact me through Twitter.

We shall begin with day one:

My friend's party, I was dressed in a Bershka lovely dress and I managed to do this gorgeous bow- it's once in a lifetime you nail a hair-do so easy !
    Day 2:
Day with a colorful outfit. Only captured the lovely Stradivarius T-shirt and it's a pitty you can't see my pink eye-shadow and turqoise eye-liner.

    Day 3:
    Day 7:
    Asos headband- bow shaped

    Day 8(daddy's birthday):
Day 9: My favorite socks, heart-shaped from Stradivarius
