Hello , my loves! Sorry for not posting sooner, but I am currently enjoying myself in a different town, at my cousin's place. It's exhausting and amazing at the same time, I mean all the tenis, bicycle time, shopping, movies and making new friends..I LOVE IT HERE! 9 days just doesn't seem enough anymore!

I took these pictures couple days before I left my hometown actually, when I went out with my best friend S. to relax a little. I have been wanting to show you this necklace for ages (literally), because it's one of my favourites statement jewellery plus it has this awesome corail shade! Also, I tried something different with my hair because I love this headband with leaf motifs, plus it matched my flats. Now, I can't say enough things to praise this dress! It's just the perfect summer essential, and the fabric feel incredibly on my skin.
Well, I just had the most incredible time with some of my new friends in Copou and tomorrow it's Palas time with another friends (again!), so I don't know what should I add. I know I usually have some words of wisdom so I'm going to rely on my latest experience:

Stay amazing and true to yourself and always keep an open mind! Life is full of unexpected & pleasant surprises and you should make the best of them!

'All you do is change your clothes and call that versatile'

In the last outfit post (MINT me!) I was talking about how versatile this plush sweatshirt from Zara can be. If I there I was sporting quite a casual and colorful outfit, here it is the central piece of a feminine ensemble, with all kinds of nude tones. I love being girlie, even preppy sometimes so this look defines me as well.

And well, once again that skirt you know very well haha. I just can't help myself, it's just the most comfortable and adorable piece and I feel just fabulous wearing it. Also, I'm in love with this fabulous bag I received from my aunt, uncle and cousins as an Easter present. It's from Accessorize and the color scheme and details are marvellous!

Now , the storyline of the photos: I always seem to find the worst moment to take pictures of my look. This time, I was heading with my family to a fancy restaurant and, while everyone was getting ready, there I was, on the stairs, asking literally each one to take one snapshot. That's why they came out all so blurry and from dfferent angles: I had many many photographers, for sure!

    New in : Tote Bags

  • I can't remember to have ever stated that I love tote bags around here, but as a matter of fact I do!! They're great for school (who needs a backback? ), they have all these crazy patterns and a perfect size! I'm talking about those from Accessorize, I'm obsessed!

My aunt bought me two in the winter sales and I can't manage without them. The owl one has a marvelous shade of grey and cute pink accents.  The other one is super cool as well, British flag and everything.

As for the song choice, yes, that's right, I love Madonna! Ever since I was 5 actually. Can't help it, she's the queen of pop and this new song is super fun and full of life.

  • I'm in the best mood ever! I had an amazing Saturday night, with new and old friends, a lovely decor and I have laughed and laughed and laughed!!! It's a good thing to meet such creative and smart people and to feel alright, it just inspires you.

About the pictures, that's what I wore at a Christmas party. It was cold outside and I needed a scarf. All I could found was this old piece of fabric which I have had ever since I was 10. I think it's kind of funny, it definitely cathes your eye even though it's not fashionable at all!

Did it happen to you, to find one old item and reinvent it?

  • The lovely Steilman sweater wasn't the only thing my aunt gave me on her birthday (yes, I know, she has gifts for me even on her special day!). I am a happy owner of a J'adore Dior creamy shower gel, which simply does miracles to my skin!

I just loved the portrait of it and my golden details . This must be because I have chosen my furniture like this, to give the room a clear space, and I love spreading my accesories and makeup everywhere, I call it an methodical chaos(my mom  disagrees, though). About the jewelry,

    We're all born superstars!

  • I hope you're all having a great weather , because sunny days are back in my town! Therefore, last week I could finally get out of the closet my new pair of shorts, bought on sale at Marks&Spencer. Beleive me or not, they're also THE ONLY pair I've got in my closet, because in summer, maxi skirts and dresses are mainly my thing.

Also, I'm simply stunned by all the amazing things that happened online , because life hasn't been so easy offline lately, all ending up with a faint and my mom scheduling a lot of doctor appointments, I also got banned from the computer a couple of days etc. Yet, how could I not be happy when I saw last night on Fashion In My Eyes that I got featured at the new column, "Look of The Day", with this particular outfit!

When I applied, I tought it would be really fun, because Nookie picks one look per week, and at the end of the month, there is a voting section and you also get to win a prize, but seriously, seing myself on another blog is just an amazing prize to me! After all, 13th wasn't a bad luck at all!
Also, that's how I've described my outfit in the first place, and I can't write that down again, seriously:

"I am a huge fan of pastel tones, so last summer was definetely perfect, since they were everywhere. But now, colorblocking...Hm, I DO love colorblocking, I adore it , but I don't quite have enough bold clothes. I wanted my look to be "IN" for the season, but also to reflect my personality, so I picked the most amazing and colorful scarf at Zara (yet with a beige clean pattern) and matched it with some lavander tones."

PS: On top of everything, I 've also received "One lovely blog" award from the lovely bloggers Kayleigh and Alyssa.

    Friends will be friends

  • As  you all may have noticed, I usually like to talk a lot about life issues or challenges you sometimes confront as a blogger, because I feel many people are in the same situation.

So, what do people around you think when you decide to start a fashion blog? I must admit I was quite reserved at first, but  my friends and family turned out to be very supportive, so this is one of the many reasons I enjoy doing this.

Let's take as an example today. Today was a beautiful day and I decided to wear my new dress (the one I spend a FORTUNE on) from Orsay for a walk. The thing is I'm really obsessed with long skirts and maxi dresses at the moment, I bought in only one week 3 skirts and 2 dresses (including a lovely one from Asos) . What I really love about this one is that it has such a boheme allure, a little romantic and feminine at the same time.

Of course I had to post the outfit so my friends really helped me a lot -except the part with the ahem....special effects-. Therefore, don't be worried if you see some blured arm or a whole background. It was them :)

Take a look at what I was wearing:
    Dress: Orsay
    Bracelets: Accesorize

    Jacket: Stradivarius

    Mes bijoux

  • From left to right: Accesorize bracelet, Swatch watch, Fossil Bracelet
I felt like it's time for a more personal post, because you can't get me very well by looking at some pictures with Abbey Lee Keshaw, right? :D

Presenting my favourite jewelry at the moment seemed a good idea, so I quickly took a few pictures and there you have it! First of all, I wish I had a better camera. Ever since I got so addicted to all the fashion news, and trends and such I also took up photography as a hobby. But oh well, you can't do much with a SONY camera on auto mode :| That led me to Photoshop. I usually add the focalization and such on Photoshop and it pretty works for me, at least until I'll stop wasting all my savings on clothes and buy a decent camera.

First is my Accesorize bracelet. I got it on sales, 1 week ago and I can't go anywhere without it ever since. I love it's strong message, it's more like a charm bracelet. It also matches most of my outfits, as I went this winter for nude, creme, silver pink.

Than it's my Swatch watch. I don't really look at it as a watch, but more like a jewerly because it's so classy and chic. I also got a matching ring (ha!). I wish I had the matched necklace too but I was running out of money and I got them (they cost me a little fortune!).

Last but not least, the Fossil bracelet. Originally, I saw the matching necklace from Fossil in a shop and I was so in love with it, because I though it was a bracelet. I was with my mom at that time and my name day was coming in few days. So mom told dad the shop where I saw a marvelous Fossil BRACELET and of course he brought me this. I still love it so much though, especially they got me the  necklace a couple months later, for Christmas.

These are the most valuable pieces I own, except from gold. They're from surgical steel, but I still love wearing all sort of bangles besides them.

What about you? What's your favorite jewelry?
